This Ten Ren location is truly exceptional. They offer the standard selection of tea drinks, but what sets this place apart is its extensive menu of snacks and dishes that you typically don't find at other Ten Ren locations. They even feature some local specialties that are unique to this spot. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating; when my tea was too sweet (as it often is), they gladly remade it for me, and the second attempt was perfect. Overall, this place is excellent, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
This is a very regrettable situation of the chain. I don't know how or why the food and drinks all taste like copies of Ten Ren's stupid proof recipes, but this place manages to do this. Whether it's because of inadequacies or sketchy cost reduction measures, I don't know, but I would avoid it unless you're desperate and have a pretty strong stomach. The popcorn chicken is always darker than it should be, so it is either always overcooked and/or fried in very old oil and the pork sauce on the combo rice smells vage rancid.
I ordered the shrimp tempura curry and fries for my son. The salad with rice and shrimp was decent, but the curry was terrible, as were the fries. The curry seemed poorly mixed – it was bland and tasted burnt, while the potatoes were practically still raw. The fries appeared to have been sitting under a heating lamp for hours; they were stale and dry. I won’t be returning.
I usually enjoy my daily cups of tea at Tenren, but today was a disappointment. I ordered two flavors—honey lemon green and love potion 6—but both didn’t taste right and the colors seemed off as well. It’s unfortunate! I hope they can provide thorough training for new employees before they start working.

Amazing service! Food looks very authentic and tastes amazing! Drinks look and taste amazing too! Beats any place I've been to and combines a good restaurant with a good tea bar together! Inside looks very welcoming and amazing. They also sell various tea's to bring home and also tea pots and brewers.
Tea is just fine not very good, i added fresh milk as if that shouldn't be the default, it's quite watery because i got no sugar no ice. the boba isn't fresh I'm so sad that i spend 6.35 dollars and the boba is solid in the center.
Great boba spot. They have a nice dining spot if you want to hang with friends or eat their meals. Musics good here and the boba is good. No complaints. Would recommend checking out to get your boba cravings satisfied
The tea was not too sweet as I really like. The only problem was that there was no label on the cup, so I didn't know what drink was mine. Customer service was strange, but not too terrible. I'll try again.

It is a boba tea station .you can enjoy the food and tea there .I like the ice shave there .
First time returning since pandemic started.. Food tastes bland. Used to have more flavor.
