We traveled with EasyJet who because of the terrible weather in the south of England cancelled all flights from Tenerife south airport on 15/2/20.Now to cancel all flights because of safety issues is understandable but the employees on the easyJet help desk at this location were absolutely terrible very rude offering no assistance or information.After queuing for an hour to speak with somebody we were told tough luck go away.For us just a couple bad enough but there was families with young children treated equally as badly as us.We found out all flights with easyJet were cancelled till at least 6.40am on the 16/2/20 and there was no guarantee we would get on that flight the time was 1pm 15/2...
I would like to start with the agents who sell this tour they need their arses slapping and retraining They all have different prices , don’t advise on taking warm clothes and tell you incorrectly about the food So let’s start. : Get the best price we heard €75 a head down to €55 euros a head Warm clothes yes you will need but the guys will supply a jacket Food it is not a 3 course meal it is a typical Canarian 2 dishes served from a little restaurant which is quant and ought to be told, this adds to the trip as special. Place is crammed with mitie staff smoking and playing on there phones security staff are bullies especially the big trunchball looking female she is very aggressive at one point in my partners face telling her to remember your in my country you get left standing in corridors for hours as mitie staff argue and then decide they will go for a smoke whole airport is a shambles never going back
DO NOT HIRE A CAR WITH CICAR TENERIFE SOUTH. The queue is over 1 hour, they are the only company with such crazy queues circling the airport, have no compassion or concession for a disabled person in agony on crutches, you can stand and queue with everyone else. I will not be booking a car with them again, very disappointed.

After three hours in the Inter Rent (car) queue at Tenerife South airport, we were able to collect our car. All other car rental queues had cleared by then. Even more remarkable was that when we joined the queue, there were only five customers in front of us.
harleys bar must be the best place on the island for the best music entertainment,they sell really good snacks and m ain meals.the staff are brilliant.the prices are very competitive considering the first class bands that appear. a must to see the group crush

Just arrived, Horrendous queues, no organisation, no aircon, very poor and needs to be improved. formal complaint to be raised with TUI.
