Had the buffet experience with my partner for his birthday. Arrived on time and was almost first to the foods. Wasn't bad is a big spread for Aussie level but compared to Singapore level definitely much less. But still good. Partner had the raw oysters but said it want the best but still good. Love the desserts hence there were so many options hence my only photos were of the dessert. They also prepared a little cake for my partner which was lovely!
Sheraton buffet is definitely one of the best buffets on the Gold Coast I think. The prawns/seafood is always fresh and tastes delicious. The carvery is amazing and staff always get you what you want. All other food is fresh and just wonderful. Such a large range of desserts too! Plenty of staff to help and they take away your dirty dishes asap which I think is great. Lovely views with a spacious environment too.
When I confirmed my booking it says that put your photo so that they can greet the person a Happy Birthday. I did put the photo so that they can greet my husband but when we get there no one even greet my husband a happy Birthday or make a little plate with a tiny piece of cake/tiny dessert stating a happy birthday. Unlike Marriott they make an effort to the person who's celebrating.
The best service of any restaurant I have been to on the Gold Coast. The staff are attentive, polite, respectful, friendly and funny. Special dietary needs are scrupulously attended to and the food is delicious. Considering the premises are of the highest quality the pricing is very reasonable indeed. If you have the opportunity to dine here I'd highly recommend you do so. Réservez une table maintenant
Excellent food, excellent service. The a la carte menu is good, will need to try the buffet. The olive gnocchi was delicious and so is the little snapper for the kids. Free ice cream for the kids too. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a variety to satisfy anyone. Definitely check it out if you're staying at the Sheraton.
service was attentive. had warm bread rolls first time in three years. overall good evening. they could do with more staff on desk had to wait 10 mins. should seperate new customers waiting for table and those wanting to pay.
