Lunch with the ladies. We had not seen each other in a couple of years so we did not want to be rushed out. The restaurant was extremely accommodating in that regard and also gave us a table in a nice private area. Service was attentive. They evenallowed us to bring a special dessert. Our appetizers...calamari, shrimp in filo, salad with beets and goat cheese, were allvery good, entrees were good. Most had fish and found it to be a little too dry. No one finished, which sent me a message. Again, ....not bad, just a little dry. Another friend had chicken Francaise and finished every bite. She said it wasdelicious. I would like to go back at dinner hour and try again.
The service is impeccable. Great dining experience from reservation to dessert. The head chef is an Egyptian muslim and orders halal steaks, lamb, and chicken [machine slaughtered]. The lamb rack is phenomenal. Great sauce, cooked to perfection. The ribeye could have been better for its cost but will still get again. The burratta was my favorite- orgasm for your mouth. Familyloved it. Will visit again.
This is by far the best restaurant! The staff is incredibly attentive, and their care for food preparation makes you feel right at home. I've been coming here since the 1980s, and the moment you walk through the doors, you feel like family. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.
We were a group of four and chose a corner table because one of us is sensitive to noise. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and we were very pleased with the service from Joe and the drinks from Tony. We will definitely be returning!
