Lets start with the fact that my food was cold when I got it. Lets then go to the fact that I ordered a mango margarita with sugar rim. I did not ask for an additional shot. She gave me an additional shot (I did not want) There was no sugar. Also it took thirty minutes to get my drink in which by that time I no longer wanted it. Secondly I asked for the appetizer combo. When I got it. all of the appetizers were cold. And the fried pickles were soggy. I then ordered a salad with Italian dressing. I asked for extra dressing. It didn't come with extra dressing. And the salad was disgusting!!!! So bad that both me and my nephew didn't eat it. Lastly I get my food which by this time was cold. As...
I recently moved to this area and visited this restaurant for the third time, and I must say I was extremely disappointed. After giving it another chance, my husband and I decided that we will not be returning. We tried both lunch and dinner on different days and times, and unfortunately, all three experiences were not good. Tonight, the steak was overcooked, dry, and lacked seasoning. The ribs were also dry, so I only ate a small portion before leaving the rest. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations and I was not satisfied with my dining experience.
I have moved in this area and this was my 3rd time eating at this location and I must say I am beyond disappointed! I told my husband let’s give it another chance well no more. We have tried it for Lunch and dinner 2 times on different days and times and yes, all 3 times were not very good. Tonight the steak was a little over cooked, dry and most of all absolutely no flavor/seasoning. If a steak is cooked correctly for me at least; I would not need to use A-1 sauce. I recently visited Texas Roadhouse for the second time and ordered the NY Strip rare, with no onion or mushrooms. The steak came out exactly as I wanted it - the texture was soft and juicy. On my first visit, the steak was dry, so I learned that if you want your steak with mushroom or onion, it's best to order it one step rarer than you actually want it. The bread they serve at the beginning is also delicious. Overall, Texas Roadhouse steak is not bad at all if you order it the right way. Plus, they offer free refills on soft drinks.
I had the steak medallions cooked perfectly to a medium rare. The sides were also very good, especially the chili. The rolls and cinnamon butter were as delicious as always, a must-try at this restaurant. I was a bit disappointed to find out that peanuts are no longer offered as they used to be, which was a nostalgic perk. However, if you ask, they will bring you a small bag of peanuts. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely recommend dining here.
Great steaks. Fairly priced. Friendly service always. The rolls are the perfect way to start the meal. That cinnamon butter is Heavenly with the hot buttered rolls fresh out of the oven. I did have to send back my steak tonight because it was overcooked and the broccoli side look like it was well past its prime. The Replacements they sent out were phenomenal. But overall it was delicious as always
Absolutely great place to eat. I'm so sick of going out to eat and waiting for an hour for overwhelmed and underpaid staff to greet you with excuses for their delays. We walked into this restaurant and were greeted promptly by a cheerful person. Our waitress was quick and attentive. Our food came out timely and tasty. You can't ask for any more. Great job.

Texas roadhouse is a great place to have a good full meal. Their hot, fresh-out-of-oven bread with cinnamon butter is delicious. The steaks are awesome. The people are friendly and nice. The portion sizes generous. We haven't had a bad experience at this location. The cocktails are tasty too. Highly recommended
Great service! Delicious food although steak needed to be sent back to be cooked more and ribs could use more BBQ sauce. Overall a good experience and will return. Reasonable drink prices which was refreshing. Fun atmosphere with all of the birthdays being celebrated!
