tl; dr: this place holds the standards of a texas road house. look by any case if you want delicious food, good time and fantastic service. full review: I was in the mood for some bbq and was ready to give dickies an attempt, regardless of his reviews. When I arrived, the service desk was told me (which faces the restaurant since its interior of a walmart) it had been closed for the last 2 weeks and it was subjected to new management. so from to a name I know as a child and had many excellent experiences to have a better night. They forgot that we had checked in with the host and were waiting for a table so it took almost 45 minutes to be seated. As well as one of our meals wasn't correct and we had a steak that was so tough we couldn't even cut into it however they did promptly get us another steak but the second steak came out covered in sauteed onions when we had specifically ordered it without. We then told the server and they took the second steak back and just literally scrapped the onions off and brought it back out therefore the steak still tasted of onions when the person who ordered it ordered it without onions because they don't like them or the taste of them. Needless to say I've had better experiences...
ordered two full racks of ribs with all circumcisions and a few other bits and bobs to pick up. that was ready to eat when I was there. I thought I needed two orders of ripening so I could share. I was wrong! a complete rack is a lot of meat! and with the sides it took more than a meal. the staff was friendly, quite congenial. Although a bit expensive, the amount of food was worth it. also they get fresh rolls to go with their meal. texas roadhouse is always a good experience.
Ribs are to die for! Recommend just getting the appetizers killer ribs basket if you are not too hungry which has four ribs against the half slab which has five or six with two sides. Cheesy fries are huge. Food is really good. Totally recommend. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The only downside is the wait to be seated as this place is really popular. it was a beautiful, lovely experience in Texas roadhouse. I loved everything about this restaurant. we did not make a reservation, so we had to wait until we were sitting about 7min. our server taheem was excellent. he visited our needs and was so warm and friendly. eating was great, and we will definitely return when we are back in the opposite.
we had such a great experience here. our server has trained a new server and both were great. eating was good as usual. but the service was exceptional. they were pretty busy, but they always had time to check us out, kept us on drinks and were just so friendly and professional. will definitely have to return to another visit here.
Actually tried something other than steak for a change and we were not disappointed! The country fried chicken and herb crusted chicken were both delicious! I loved the breading and gravy on the Country Fried Chicken. Both were super moist. Loved the loaded baked potatoes! Yummy!
