My friend and I had dinner last night and it was absolutely amazing. We sat right away and we both realized how exceptionally clean everything was. Our server, Lorraine, greeted us cordially and informed us that we would be their first table that works itself. Actually, we never guessed. She was absolutely perfect. Personal, funny, knowledgeable about the menu, and exactly during our meal. An absolute joy. Our meals were fantastic. Everything properly cooked and tasteful. It was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse and I will definitely return. Great setup, downstairs.
The food was delicious and ready in a reasonable amount of time, just as I had ordered. I placed my order over the phone, and I sensed that the girl who took my order seemed a bit irritated, even though I didn't order online. Despite that, I would still have given a 5-star rating. However, I encountered an issue with missing silverware and had no utensils in my vehicle. This left me feeling frustrated during my 5-mile drive home. Overall, though, the food was fresh and exceptional!
I honestly expected more. This place is extremely busy and the wait is 20-30 minimum. There is a waiting area outside but not very comfortable at all. They have a great variety of cuts. All great. Mine was over cooked. The plates were messy all around as you can see in the pix. Drinks were yummy but super pricey. It was a very busy day for the restaurant and I believe they were rushed. Will give it another try for sure. I will just get water this time ?
We had a great experience on holiday here tonight. Our waiter Alex was the absolute best waiter we ever had. He was so kind with our 3 year old son and my son still talks about how nice he was hours later. Food was delicious, but the service was really what the experience made brilliant. It was so refreshing that someone has fun and upbeat as a waiter. He definitely deserves a raise or some kind of praise!

Had a great server who was attentive and friendly. Steak has good flavor and was well prepared. They gave this lemon butter sauce which tasted really different from other sauces. Loved their free bread with butter?some of the best I?ve had. Their kids meal are also generously portioned. Come here and dine?you won?t be disappointed.
I had an excellent service for dinner. Our host who sat us was a charm. Our waitress Alyssa was attentive and sweet. My friend and I enjoyed our meals very much. My steak was perfectly cooked and the coffee was freshly tasted. Nice to meet you. But I was served my food without utensils... no big deal Alyssa has it right away.
It's always crowded when we visit, but the food arrives quickly and piping hot. Unfortunately, we don’t have any pictures of the appetizers because we devoured them too quickly! We used a voucher for the starters (I’m not sure I’d order them without the discount), but the main course is consistently fantastic!
The food is always wonderful at The Texas Roadhouse! Our waitress Tammy was exceptional! Very friendly, attentive and very sweet! I couldn't ask for better food or service! Will she ask if she's on when we come back! Thank you. Tammy for the extraordinary service!

Always busy when we come but our food still comes out quick and hot. Of course, no pictures of the rolls because we ate them too fast! Had a coupon for the appetizers (not sure I would get them without it), but the main is always great!
Great waiter tonight and great atmosphere. The food was good and filling. Very busy but still fit everyone in. To make sure you get in at the time you want go to the website and get on the waitlist for preferred time
