This is hands down the best place to eat! We had Jake as our server in Citrus Heights, and he was incredibly friendly and attentive, even though it was crowded on Father's Day. Our wait to be seated was quick, and our food arrived almost instantly. There were four of us, and we spent $150, leaving us completely stuffed with leftovers to take home.

Once we were finally seated, our waitress was attentive and got us drinks and rolls quickly, which was a positive start. However, the appetizers and entrees came out quickly but were lacking in flavor. The best items on the menu were the fried pickles, rolls, and steak, but overall, the food was subpar.
The most disheartening part of our visit occurred when we asked our waitress if she could sing to my daughter for her birthday. Her response was, “I don’t have a very loud voice,” and she suggested we ask other servers. Texas Roadhouse is a vibrant steakhouse filled with energy. Although the ambiance can get a little loud, it adds to the enjoyment, with guests having a great time and celebrating birthdays now and then! The bar area is equipped with large screens that display sports. The food and drink menus are extensive, offering a wonderful selection of classic steakhouse options. And the highlight? The rolls! They are incredibly soft, fluffy, and sweet, served with a delightful whipped cinnamon honey butter. They truly taste like little dinner donuts!
We visited with a group of 25 and had an incredible experience. Auli’i truly exceeded our expectations; she was exceptionally organized and very friendly. The service was remarkably efficient, the food was excellent, and we had a fantastic time. Kudos to TRH!

First time to this Texas Roadhouse in Citrus Heights. Food was great, we were seated promptly, our waitress was friendly. Will be coming back
From out of town, food arrived incorrectly prepared and cold, server was short and not very helpful. Restrooms were dirty. Would not return.
