Let me start by saying, I have never left a negative review for Texas Roadhouse. But this place is like a Logan’s Roadhouse. Bad service and even worse food. I told the waitress that this was probably the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been too and she responded “I know”. The steak was rough and the sides were cold. Salads came out before appetizers even though we ordered the Appetizer 10-15 minutes before. Food was shortly behind the appetizer, so you had to rush to eat the app before the shoe leather steak showed up. good food, the rolls with zimtbutter. I could make a dinner. when we go, we always crawled for our waitress. I wish everyone was waiting with the workers trained by her. she brings them 2 glasses, which they drink (which I love, I don't want to wait for a refill.) when they order when they get an salat or cheese pommes, she asks them when they need additional dressing. these little things that I feel make their job easier and make a better experience for the customer. she is very proactiw and we love her. the young lady on the front side when they board is not very pleasant, but the rest of the staff seems beautiful. they can also check in online, which is a great time saving!

we said there were 25 minutes waiting wasn't even 15 minutes, we never had to wait as long as they told us at check-in. eating was absolutely a 10 and our server austin was a precious stone very friendly, attentively definitiw a 5 stars waitress! we drive every other week an hour only to eat in this roadhouse, we still have to fail!

we go here a lot and tonight I would have to say we had the best server we ever had! hayden was very friendly and polite to make sure he was always checked for us! best service always and as always great eating!

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday, so it was quite crowded. However, we had made a reservation online beforehand, so when we arrived, we only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated.

It was okay..... we expected better. Everyone has an off night. Food was thrown on the plate, not very appealing visually. We will be back.
