I was at Texas Steakhouse Thursday evening with friends. My food was absolutely awful. The salmon was hard dry and extremely overcooked. The steak was burnt on the edges and raw on the inside. Both items appeared to have been cooked twice or sat under the heat lamp entirely too long while waiting for the other dishes. I don't want to get into my friend's food and their disappointment, but when I mentioned to one of the servers that I would like to speak to the manager we waited and waited and then finally she came back and said I'm sorry but the manager is very and cannot come. Dead bugs on the floor near our table. Server dropped a glass of wine on the hard floor and never cleaned up the large spill despite it being it being in a high traffic area (all of the staff just walked around it). My $20+ ribeye was thin, underseasoned, overcooked (fully well done when I ordered medium rare), and chewy. Our server was completely indifferent to the job he was doing, to the point of being poorly mannered and borderline rude at times. At the time of this review, this is a poorly run, poorly staffed restaurant that serves poorly cooked steaks.
Went with my husband and son this evening for dinner. Server greeted is immediately, then disappeared for 15 minutes. Finally came to take our orders. Took another 15 minutes to get 3 drinks, 2 waters and a beer. Ordered 2 burgers and a steak dinner. Took 45 minutes for the order to come to the table. 1 burger was severely overcooked almost a charcoal bricket and cold. The other burger was raw and cold. The steak was blue rare, when ordered medium, cold. There was a lot of screaming coming from the kitchen the entire time as well. Would not recommend.
I decided to give the place a try. It was relatively empty so I went to the bar to catch the game. The bartender was so preoccupied with getting change for the wait staff and housekeeping that she acknowledged my presence but too busy to take my order. Apparently customer service confirmed why they were empty. No thanks.

I was there with a friend on Friday August 2nd and Matthew waited on us and he was the best waiter there. He took care of everything that we needed and wanted with pleasure. The experience could not have been better. We will be back and hopefully he will wait on us again. Thank you.
I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare to go a few days ago and it was delicious. Tonight I ordered it again to go and when I got home, I realized it was well done. It didn’t look or taste like a ribeye steak and was very tough to chew. I don’t return food so it was my loss.
Sorry service don’t recommend it . steaks are mainly fat no meat sorry service nothing like Texas! I rated zero
Sat for more than 15 and no one ever stop to check on us. Left with out ordering.
