We came to this location 5/27/22 around 3-4pm the server that greeted us was really rude. She wasn?t keeping track of who was first and therefore many clients that arrived a lot later were served first. In total we waited almost forty minutes for ourfood to come and just before that we asked the server if she had put our order in and she seemed very upset for us asking. Shenever once apologized nor asked us if everything was ok, instead she sat down to gossip at another table with other clients thatseemed her friends and I heard her say negative comments about us. We tried to ignore the bad service the best we could, butdefinitely would not be coming back and I hope management can coach her...
AMAZING AUTHENTIC Birria's! I haven't tried anything else because I keep ordering Birrias! Lol!!! But I keep seeing this bowl that has beef and it looks a stew or soup but everyone has this each time I visit so I am getting that next with a side of......you guessed it! Birria's! Lol. The customer service is decent and each time I ordered everything was what I paid for. This placeis a take-out restaurant for me. And that's completely fine! The four stars are coming from the food not the service. Just keepthat in mind. Please go!!!! Eat a Birria Taco for me!
This restaurant is hidden in a little cluster of businesses right near the middle. From a distance you cannot even see that it is a place to eat, but if you like authentic Hispanic food then this place is a must try! They speak English very little, but if you can get past that the food and service makes up for it. WATCH OUT! For the red salsa they have is Extremely Spicy! Good taste, but it will take your breath away if not careful. Try the green tomatillo sauce instead. Still spicy but comparatively much more tolerable and oh so tasty!
I decided to try the Birria Tacos since everyone was raving about how amazing they are. I found this nearby spot and the tacos looked appealing. However, they tasted very greasy, and I couldn’t detect much flavor. The broth meant for dipping the Birria wasn’t really broth—it tasted and looked like hot oil. It definitely didn’t resemble the dipping soup shown in their pictures. Overall, I was very disappointed.

So I tried the Birria Tacos because everyone has being talking about how amazing they?re. Found this place close by. They looked good. But these tasted very greasy. I couldn?t taste any flavor and the soup to dip the Birria wasn?t soup. It tasted like againhot oil even looked like hot oil. This doesn?t look like the soup to dip the Birria taco in or like the picture they had. Verydisappointed
Texcoco offers great food and service. However, the cilantro was a bit brown and had a strange taste. I asked for fresh cilantro twice, but it was the same each time—not a big deal though. The overall taste was good, and the prices on the menu are very affordable. This is my third visit, and it has consistently been a great experience. Keep it up, Texcoco!
Great Mexican food, birria is amazing. This is original Mexican taste not chipotle/Taco Bell or all other Mexican restaurants that put lettuce on all dishes (really don 't know why) and just serve Fajitas that 's not authentic Mexican food. This is realand likely as you test in Mexico, salsa is ???? as we eat in Mexico so be careful.
The service took forever to bring the birria tacos, but they were absolutely delicious! The consommé dipping sauce is quite rich, but it adds incredible flavor to the tacos. Definitely much better than Indio's version. Also, the guava drink is fantastic!

Service took FOREVER for one order of birria tacos but it was so good! The consommé dipping sauce is just greasy but the flavor is amazing in the tacos! So much better than Indio?s hands down. Their guava drink is very good too
