The server was friendly so the two stars go to him only… I ordered the new sushi and sushi hand rolls and let me tell you I had instant regret when I saw the small boxes arrive at the table. They need to come up with something more practical, if I’m dining in why does it come in individual boxes that are hard to even eat from?The Philadelphia roll was very tiny for 12.50 and the waiter mistakenly thought i said two orders of the avocado rolls which were 7.50 each for an order of two pieces. I could barley eat it since the rice was really hard and stale. The hand rolls were pure hard white rice… and the sushi was ice cold. We spent nearly two hours waiting for an appetizer and two burgers. I couldn’t figure out what caused the delay, as there were only about twelve people in the entire restaurant, including the staff. The food itself was just mediocre. We ordered a beer with our appetizer, and it took 20 minutes for the appetizer to arrive, 40 minutes for the beer, and an hour and ten minutes for the burgers. We asked for the check right away to avoid another long wait. I even had to go to the bar, which was unattended, to get my own lime and a to-go box because our server seemed to be completely absent. I’ve been to plenty of TGIfridays and i never had this type of experience. First of when we walked in there was no one at the door to greet us or seat us. There was someone wrapping utensils who very rudely advised my cousin that the hostess would be right with us. Then after waiting and realizing another couple came in, he got up and went to seat us. Our waiter was friendly but didn’t get the it whole order correctly nor did he come back in a timely manner to see if we needed anything and my cousin had to ask for a refill. Our food was horrible! My kids’ burgers were damn near charcoal burnt and they couldn’t even eat it because it tasted horrible. My chicken sandwich tasted burnt as well....

We visited the restaurant around 1 PM and found it quite empty, with only a few other customers. It took about five minutes for anyone to greet us at the entrance, and then we waited another 20 minutes just to receive our drinks and place our food order. When my fries arrived, they were undercooked, and the garlic parmesan wings I ordered lacked any flavor. Our waitress was unfriendly, and we hardly saw her throughout our visit, even though she was the only one attending to the tables. I understand it was a holiday and they may have been short-staffed, but the experience was disappointing and felt unnecessary. Réservez une table maintenant

TGI Fridays, the management, and staff of this establishment should be ashamed of how they conduct business and the items the serve calling it food. The service is not just subpar it’s non-existent. Waiting hours for food and drinks. Staff not returning. The food all over the floor. And the attitudes of the staff leave much to be desired. The health department should shut this store down if TGI Fridays doesn’t just call it a day and fire the miserable people that work here. The cooks, are failures. Do not go to this restaurant unless you are a glutton for punishment.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There was only one server on duty, and the manager was also serving tables. This led to an extensive wait for both food and drinks. It's clear that they need more staff, especially on a Sunday. Despite being short-staffed, they continued to seat more customers. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here for lunch on a Sunday!

Ordered loaded potato skins. They taste like they were sitting for like an hour. Told the manager. He takes them back. The second order came out and same thing. Went in the bathroom and there was no soap. Poor management. No wonder it was empty.

I ordered from Wow Bao but my receipt says TGIF so not sure who gets the review. The food was cold but flavorful. The ginger chicken pot stickers were really good along with the chicken egg rolls. The Bao's were a different taste but good. Réservez une table maintenant

the food was decent and the table atmosphere was cozy. great night with friends! our server julia was polite, energetic, and helpful. girl totally deserves a raise the little note thing that she made was *adorable*!!!! omg

Can’t get the most simple orders correct. Cooks do not know how to read or pay attention to what they are doing. Always doing the opposite of what we order. Good work must be hard to find these days.
