TGI Fridays - Réserver une table

I have been in customer service my whole working life. I have never had such bad service as I did today. We had a waitress name Emma, we waited almost 10 minutes before she even came over to us. Our food took a long time to get, after we got our food she never came back to check on us to see if there was anything else we wanted or needed. There was a total of 5 small tables in the restaurant, I saw 3 waitresses. I had to walk all around the to find her so we could get our check. (I never did find her) I had to ask another waitress to please get her. She came out put our check on the table without saying a word. Food quality very good.I’m giving them 4 stars since they have a little trouble answering the phone some times and since I go to curbside, I have to call them and 3 out of 10 I have to enter the store to pick up the food (not a bing deal) but curbside needs more attention.Also, if you buy on the website forget about texting your parking spot if you want your food you must call %100.

If I could rate it a negative zero, I would have. We waited 20 mins to be seated. I asked a waiter if someone was going to seat us, he said someone is coming. We waited another 10 mins and left. We ended up going to Applebee's and was seated right away. What make it so bad, we were visiting from out of state.

Eat was terrible for the first time, the ribs taste like soap and the wings were old. I couldn't believe I was excited to eat there. my tab was 140.00 and eating was very disappointing. I hope they do better. your feeding people do not animals.

Do you know how hard it is to wait for 33 people? I take my hat to the young lady who is doing this job! I am sure that I have not even ordered at least 20 wings) the food was good, the drinks were good, the atmosphere was perfect!
