I went to TGI Fridays to celebrate Mother's Day and we had the worst experience due to the no stars. I had made a reservation and upon arrival I showed my email for confirmation and was told they don't take reservations for the holidays. Then we waited but then got skipped not once not twice but multiple times and then got offered a high top table keep in mind there are children in our group so a high chair wasn't an option we agreed to take the high top table just to be nice then finally met with our server who took our drinks and we we're ready to place our orders. We got our appetizer and drinks. Yet we waited for our meals for over an hour so the children were becoming restless so we ask...
The food at this restaurant was satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the dishes that were marinated in Jack Daniels sauce. The menu also featured some innovative drink options. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. It took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table and my drink remained empty for 15 minutes before I was offered a refill.
I always have a good time at TGI Fridays. The food was tasty, but I was a little disappointed with the service. It took a while for us to get menus (which I had to ask for), and there was another long wait before our order was taken. This is unusual for TGI Fridays, so they must have been understaffed that day.
The server was extremely rude, prompting us to leave without ordering dinner. When we informed them of our departure, their response was simply "ok." There was no manager in sight.

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was casual but nice, and the wait staff was very attentive.
Tgi no longer does online reservations at least that’s what I was told from their team members
good location, good food. service ok, but what can you expect from a chain restaurant.
