This is not a review of the TGI-Fridays restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, but rather a 1-star review for Open Table regarding their handling of our reservation. We had a reservation through Open Table for 6:00 p.m. on December 24, but when we arrived at 5:50 p.m., the restaurant was closed and locked. It was incredibly disappointing that Open Table would confirm a reservation for a restaurant that was not open at the scheduled time. This left us in a tough spot as most other restaurants in the area were already closed. After this experience, we have decided not to use Open Table again.
this is not a review for the TGI-Fridays restaurant in north myrtle beach, but a 1-star review of open table in this restaurant. we had a confirmed open table reservation on December 24th for 18:00. we have 5:50 clock the restaurant closed. why would open table accept a reservation for a restaurant that was not open at the time of the reservation? this is most unacceptable when we are in a bad situation, as few restaurants in the opposite were already closed. we will not use open table again.
Service left something to be desired. Waitress only came by three times. Order was messed up from the very beginning. Food and drinks were ordered but, never received a couple of items. I had to go to the bar to get a drink I ordered. I stood there for 5 minutes before the bartender even noticed I was there waiting. She was chatting with 2 people there. I would never recommend this location or suggest anyone go there.
I attempted to make a reservation using OpenTable, but upon arriving at the restaurant, I was told that they do not take reservations and we had to wait for a table. This was my first experience using OpenTable and sadly, it did not go as planned.

Screaming kids! Reception failed to register our visit with Open Table despite my asking her twice if she was sure it was taken care of. I was concerned because last year at another TGI in Maryland they screwed everything up. Same here!
had a reservation through the open table and was said when I came there that they did not take reservations and we had to wait for a table. my first experience with open table and it didn't work.
Made a reservation but when we arrived we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Slow service once we got our table as well.
I had the worst experience at this TGIF. The service was terrible, the food was cold and unappetizing.
