The wait for the table wasn’t bad at all, despite the fact that the host told us that they don’t get the Open Table reservations. I don’t understand that. They also didn’t have the wine that I ordered, which seems to be the new normal. The Princeton location always seems to have it. We keep trying to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, because it USED to be our go-to spot. Now we seem to be going to other places more often to avoid the disappointment.
I made a reservation for a last minute dinner on 10/26. The OpenTable App did not let me know this restaurant was closed due to a fire at the restaurant that day. This should have been identified as the fire occured that day and the ServPro truck was outfront of the abandoned restaurant when we arrived expecting to dine there.
The food was terrible and took a very long time to be served. What we expected to be a relaxing meal turned into a 3 hour catastrophe. We will not be returning to this particular Friday's and are now thinking of avoiding all Friday's restaurants in the future.
Last minute decision to eat out, used open table to secure a reservation. Walked right in and was seated right away even though 20 people waiting for tables. Food was good, good value and service was above average. Réservez une table maintenant
To Open Table: Friday’s indicates that they do not acknowledge reservations through Open Table and they they have communicated that to this service. Please do a service to your users and remove them from your app.
Our Server Chris, was one of the best in the business. He deserves a raise and/or promotion. He made our experience at Friday’s a great one!
Good selection of average bar food. Good beer choices for draft and bottle. Waitress was clueless and slow.
