My friend's food was served incorrectly twice, and her diet coke was mistakenly served as regular coke. The restaurant was empty, and the manager only approached us at the very end of our visit. The hostess was working hard, and I made sure to acknowledge her efforts. Our waitress was average, but not as attentive as the hostess. My meal was satisfactory, but the overall experience was just okay.

We often encounter difficulties receiving credit for using OpenTable at this restaurant. The staff lacks knowledge about the OpenTable program and its usage, leading to the manager having to make extra efforts for diners to receive credit. This can be quite frustrating.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal. The spare ribs were amazing and the appetizers were also fantastic.
