On the third day in Sydney, I decided to go around, so I went to Wollongong and the blowhole. Arrived at Wollongong just at noon, so we decided to settle for lunch. Probably because there are many Southeast Asians in Australia, there are also many Southeast Asian restaurants here. We didn't check the strategy online, so we entered this Thai restaurant by eye. This family has a set menu for lunch. You can choose meat first, then choose curry, barbecue, stir-fry...etc. The price ranges from 10-15 knives. Because my mother doesn't eat spicy food, I chose Malay-flavored Penang Curry for myself and my mother. I didn't want this one made here to be too sweet. Even me, a person with a high sugar tolerance, thought it was over, and my mother couldn't eat it. used. Although the satay chicken skewers are also sweet, the peanut sauce is quite special, so it feels better than curry.

Large restaurant with friendly staff serving a selection of traditional Thai foods and a good venue for family groups. The food was good and servings of a reasonably sizeThe honey chicken was a disappointment - deep fried chicken pieces with a bit of honey drizzled over them.Corkage is expensive - so don't bother to take your own wine or beer. Both wine and beer from the drinks menu are reasonable.Probably need to book later in the week because it's quite popular.

A bunch of us went here for dinner on a Saturday night. The joint was jumping- I'm glad we booked in advance. All of us were late 50's and early 60's. We had a hard time conversing because the noise level was pretty high. We ordered a banquet at $28 per person. Several entrees and 4 mains. We honestly couldn't tell the mains apart. The food was OK. My fav was the shrimp satay entree.

I love the satay, full of flavour. Service is quick if you are in a hurry at lunch time. The also have a lunch menu which is good value. Located at the lower end of Crown Street W'Gong.
