Horrible service, they made a mistake on my order and when i went to return it they did not believe me. The manager kept blaming me for the mistake and the employee said she repeated the order twice when she did not. Their argument did not make any sense and I wasnt even asking for much, at least they could have apologized but they did not. The manager was impolite in his tone... i have never seen more horrible customer service in my life and it was from the manager! I know my way arround Thai express and I know what it typically tastes like, but the food from this location was cold and lacked flavour... overall would not recommend, other thai express locations have treated me much better an...
Mon conjoint et moi-même avons commandé via doordash, nous avons commandé un repas sans instructions spéciales (Général Thai) et un repas avec quelques instructions spéciales (Pad Thai).Quand nous avons recu notre commande, nous avons constaté que les instructions spéciales étaient appliqué sur le mauvais repas.Le poulet du Général Thai était froid et la sauce du Pad Thai était tellement cuite que c'était comme de la poudre en bouche.Ce n'était malheureusement pas ma première mauvaise expérience chez Thaï Express, mais c'était la dernière.
Horrible experience! They messed up our order and refused to fix it. Spoke to the manager about the issue and he was extremely rude. He told us he didn’t want to fix our order because he will lose money!!! The employee lied to her manager about the situation to get out of it. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. The food was awful as well. Do yourself a favour and never go there.
J'y suis allé la semaine dernière et je vous le dit, c'est le pire Thai Express! Ça ne parait pas sur la photo mais le poulet goutait tellement vieu.... ça avait un arrière gout pas bon! Ensuite ça manquais de jus, c'etait pas mal sec, vraiment décevant

I have been there twice and I am very disappointed both times. There are not enough sauces in their dishes. Not comparable to the Thai Express in Montreal. Owners should make sure that their young chefs learn the recipes well!
Tofu was cold and my food was hardly even warm. I picked up it at the store.Over all worst Thai Express I have ever been too. Don't waste your money here.
