When you order something in Uber Eats to pick up on the restaurant and they mark the food as “ready” on the app, you expect that when you arrive in the restaurant, you will really have your food ready.I arrived there , and: My food was not ready, which would still be ok. The customers were being passed in front of me and getting their food before me. It would still be ok if they, AT LEAST, gave me some STATUS of my order. Who knows if my food takes more time to prepare ? It would be still ok ! But I got completely ignored while asking , either in French or English , about the status of the food I ordered through the app. No response FROM NO ONE.Then, finally , suddenly , they gave me my food...

Additionally, I noticed that the staff member had an unusually long pinky nail, which made me concerned about possible substance use. This restaurant has numerous issues and should be inspected; it might even warrant being shut down. If the staff is taking $2 or more from customers paying in cash or adding items to others' bills without consent, that is outright theft. I left feeling very upset. Normally, I am quite patient, but I was incredibly dissatisfied today and even wanted a refund for my food. However, how could I obtain a refund when he had already taken money from us and struggled to communicate in either of the two official languages in Quebec? The whole situation is simply unac...

I ordered my food and paid in cash, giving the cashier $25.00 for a total of $23.10. I counted out $15 in ones and twos, along with two five-dollar bills. I expected to receive $1.90 in change, which I intended to put in the tip jar. However, he only returned $0.15, even though he correctly noted the $25 on the bill. I also noticed him exchanging a $2 bill for 25 cents. If that was the case, why did he record the $25 on the bill? I didn’t have any smaller change on me. So, just a heads-up to be cautious when paying in cash!

I removed a star because yes! The dishes are served in cardboard containers and there are even cardboard forks but then ohoh!!! What's the point? It's nonsense. We have to put all that in the trash instead of having a recycling bin or even compost.

I got really sick after dining here, possibly from food poisoning or E. coli. The service was poor, and the kitchen hygiene seemed inadequate. I won't be coming back.

The food was good, but the guy with glasses was very rude when I asked for a spoon and fork. Meal type: Lunch, price per person: CA$20–30.

Good service, fast and it was good. I just find that it lacks shrimp pu beef etc when you take a pad thai.
