Thai House Cuisine 2

Not my first choice for food pickup on New Year’s Eve but the nearby Chinese-Japanese restaurant which I wanted to try would only take my order if I was willing to wait 2 ½ hrs (I called at 5:50PM). I knew Thai House Cuisine 2 was open and I have their menu flyer lying around so I gave them a call. They were able to give me a reasonable 30min wait time and even rang me up to tell me my order was ready just as we were on our way out the door.We have dined here before to celebrate a special occasion and have tried their calamari, chicken coconut soup, bbq chicken breast, garlic shrimp, spicy fish and vegetable fried rice. What a pleasure to visit this small, very attractive, authentic Thai food restaurant. We ordered a number of dishes - spring rolls, mango salad, cashew chicken, tamarind beef curry, pad tai and drinks - so-o good! Presentation of dishes is quite unique - fun to see what other tables are ordering and how those dishes are served. You can specify the degree of spiciness to servers and inquire about food choices compatible with certain dishes. Excellent food - superb service. The decor is tastefully Thai. Came for a birthday dinner on Saturday in a group of 6. Service was very pleasant and courteous. The place is well decorated, clean and inviting. All the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had: drunken noodles, veggie fried rice, drunkard fish, red curry chicken, spicy chicken, Thai eggplant. For appetizers we had mango salad, fried calamari, and spring rolls. All the food was fantastic. Serving sizes were good too, everyone was full. We mentioned that it was a birthday dinner and they finished off our evening with complementary fried banana dessert!

We have been to this very pleasant Asian spot a few times now. Each time the service is friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive and anything we have ordered has met our expectations, from the appetizer platter to the green chicken curry to the mango salad.We always have medium spice and that is enough heat, without over powering the dish.I wish they would step up the white wine selection....my only suggestion for improvement. This restaurant is quite unassuming when you first arrive. The servers were kind and informative. We had the mango salad. It lay in a rice paper bowl. Awesome! After finishing the salad. ..we happily snacked on the bowl. Their red curry was delicious. The chicken satay was delicious along with yummy peanut sauce. The pad thai was fresh and delicious. The cashew chicken was amazing and flavourful. We will definitely be back!

We chose this restaurant because of the high recommendations from friends and it's situated half way between our home and friends. All 4 of us agreed it was a great choice and the food was superb! We will definitely go again even though it isn't close to home.

We placed our order 2 hours s in advance and we had to call twice before we got our door 2+ hrs late and no discount it offer of incentive to try them again! Do t do it they suck!!' Zero customer service!!!! Minus -5 rating

From the outside, not a ref truant I would go to! But the inside is nice and the food was fantastic. Delicious Thai food. Exactly what you expect. Prices are reasonable too. This was my first visit... but I will be back Réservez une table maintenant

Spicy beef was amazing. Spicy but not too hot and amazing flavour. Very speedy service. Good portion size without being huge. Excellent value for my money. Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my meal.

Good service. The lemongrass soup and mango salad were delicious. Pad Thai and fired rice were so so. The restaurant is nice. The shrimp cracker was delicious and free.
