The servers appeared knowledgeable about celiac disease and were confident in their ability to prepare gluten-free dishes. They informed me that many items could easily be modified to be gluten-free, and advised me to let them know when ordering. The curries are naturally gluten-free. The Chicken Satay is also gluten-free, as are the Thai fresh rolls (although the sauce is not). They prepared a gluten-free basil stir-fry for me, which was fantastic! I felt very assured about the options here.

This month, I had a wonderful dining experience. The server was knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and easily accommodated our request for gluten-free dishes. I started with the mango salad, and we shared the beef and ginger dishes along with the drunken chicken noodles. Everything was absolutely delicious!
