This restaurant is only doing takeout currently. They said they'll be open for dine in next week which is great and would be even more customers for them. Overall, their food is pretty good, so if you're looking for Thai food in the area, check them out. Pad See Ew 5/5 The noodles are chewy goodness, exactly what I love about pad see ew. The dish is savory with a hint of sweetness. The Chinese broccoli was cooked just right and not bitter like other places. I would recommend getting this! Tom Kha Kai 4/5 This is a creamy coconut chicken soup. It's savory, tangy, and lightly sweet all at the same time. Late post but never too late for a good review, our last day in SoCal 6/23/19 when we ate here...It was a long and exhausting fun weekend going to Disneyland and legoland with my little family...our last day we decided to eat Thai food because we're tired of eating fast food lol...thanks to yelp we saw a lot of good reviews at Thai princess and plus our hotel was just down the street, how convenient is that? I cannot believe the decline of this restaurant! I have been a loyal customer of their Thai food for years, but my recent takeout experience was a complete disaster. The crab fried rice had a horrible stench, suggesting that the crab meat was spoiled. Additionally, I discovered a dead roach in the Tom Yom soup, which was absolutely revolting. The drunken noodle dish also tasted strange. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was eerie, with only one elderly man serving as the cook and cashier. The place was dirty, with tables and chairs stacked against the wall. When I inquired about the state of the restaurant, the man mentioned renovations, but I found the situation to be very suspicious. Ne...
We were craving for Thai food and this place was the closest to where we were staying at. The place is very run down and stuffy needs to open the windows and let the air in. The crab fried rice was ok but I never seen tomatoes in crab fried rice. I bit down on some chunks Of the crab shells and some part was super salty, not stirred evenly. The pad see you was super salty, the vegetables was soggy. My kids all agreed. The pad Thai shrimp looked very pale and the shrimp was not the freshest. I definitely wouldn't come back. My pictures shows the food looks good but it's not. This place needs lots of improvement. We recommend Chada Thai in garden grove. Our favorite. Réservez une table maintenant
I only discovered this restaurant in the past two years, but it has quickly become one of my favorite Thai restaurants. The owner is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. The portions are so generous that my takeaway boxes are always almost bursting. My go-to dishes are Pad See Ew, Rad Na, Crab Fried Rice, or Pineapple Fried Rice - all of them bursting with flavor. However, the menu is currently limited as they are only offering takeout. Unfortunately, I just found out this morning that the restaurant is closed. I hope this is only temporary and that they will reopen soon - my heart is broken at the thought of losing such a great spot.
Ever since Thaitanium moved from Laguna woods to this area I have missed them so much. Now they go by the name Thai Princess!! I got take out and ordered spicy basil fried rice, pad see eww and pad Kee mao. All of them were the best. The flavor, spiciness and portion size are all good. Nothing changed (except for the price) with how they prepared the food. I'm just thinking of reasons how I can stop by this place in the future lol. It's that good.
Only thai place I 've tried in the area, but I 'll be back soon! Had the pad see ew with beef and red curry with chicken. Pad see ew was some of the best I 've ever had, noodles were a little soft but the flavor was amazing. Red curry was also good, medium spayed was on the spicy side but not too bad. Overall seemed very authentic!
I love discovering Thai restaurants spontaneously! I believe this restaurant is probably still doing take-out only due to covid, so be sure to stop by and give them a little love.
