I was absolutely shocked by the lack of hospitality and service from the staff at this restaurant. They were so unfriendly and showed a complete lack of care for customers. When I approached a coworker who was standing nearby, she was busy scrolling through Facebook. Another employee came over with 5 takeaway boxes on her arm and simply asked, "Yes?" When I mentioned we had a reservation for 5, she seated us at a table meant for 4 people. Despite our request for an extra chair, we were told there was nothing they could do. Even though the restaurant was not busy, they refused to accommodate us and ignored our requests. We had to ask twice to order food, and only 3 out of the 5 dishes arrived...
For appetizers, we ordered the coconut prawns ($14.50) and the fresh salmon with sauce and crispy roasted somes ($17.50). The prawns were dry but tasty, while the salmon was too spicy and sour to eat. For our mains, we ordered the duck with plum sauce and the soft shell crabs. The duck was overcooked and tasteless, while the crabs were greasy and lacked any discernible flavor.
The service initially was lacking, with the staff forgetting to bring us clean utensils after we returned our dishes to the kitchen. Despite understanding the challenges faced by hospitality venues due to COVID staffing shortages, waiting one hour for drinks and entrees is unacceptable. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff, who ignored our attempts to place an order. After we have targeted the six senses restaurant in leederville for a family, we have disappointed the reality. the food appeared and tasted prefabricated/deficient in zip and fresh. it was possibly delicious, but certainly far from remarkable. sadly, the service added to the above-mentioned confirmation, as we had to ask for someone's attention first after 10 minutes without anyone offering a menu or even a gesture of "hello, with them at a moment". we were served by two employees and both were robotic/indifferent to the experience we hoped that, at the end we did not feel like we had an experience that was necessary to be new. we will try a six seses elsewhere, but unfortunately not again...

5 of us ate lunch here before going to the movies. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. A couple of things upset us, which will probably mean that we will not go back. The most irritating was not being able to split the bill....We are 5 separate people meeting as friends and wanted to pay separately, but we’re unable to do so. This is poor customer service. Secondly, one of us had a dish with prawns, which needed to be shelled. On requesting a bowl of water to wash ones fingers after peeling each prawn, she was told bluntly that they did not provide bowls of water and that one would have to go to the wash room to wash fingers! Disgusting!
The worst restaurant experience ever. Service non existent. Cocktails arrived after main course. Had to go to front counter several times to request service. Coffee order refused at 8.40pm as machine switched off without notice. Altogether an expensive waste of time and money. Have been...to this restaurant previously with no issues. Booked here for a Saturday night. Promptly shown to our table and water provided. A little wait to have our order taken. Wine list is okay although not expansive. Food menu is impressive. We were delighted with the food. Fresh, tasty and plentiful. A really...nice meal. Busy restaurant and easy to see why. Will be back.
we have lived in leederville for 8 years and this remains our favorite restaurant despite a fierce competition. the aromen are exquisite, the prices reasonable and the service good. a great beverage menu or they can also look back. it is sister restaurant in elizabeth quay. also divine.

This used to be Giardinis in Leederville. Newly painted, looks clean and bright and welcoming for families. Great spot for after dinner movies at the Luna.
Best green curry in Perth! All the other dishes are delicious. Really friendly staff. Will be going back :)
