We decided we wanted a Thai takeaway last night, New Year's Eve, at the last minute. Our usual go to said they could take our order but couldn't guarantee that the order would be fulfilled which was a risk we weren't prepared to take. We phoned Thai To Go at 16:30 and the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that whilst they were very busy he would do what he could. He asked what we wanted and managed to squeeze us in for an 20:15 collection. We arrived just before our allotted time and our order of a Starter for 2, Thai Sweet and Sour, Pad Thai and Coconut Rice was just being completed. This is a takeaway and the food was delivered on time, hot and fresh. Each dish was as described and was really tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time here so we were very happy. We recommend it and I'd just like to add that the driver was great too. Salt and pepper squid was delish and the Veg Tempura was so crispy. Perfect in fact The kin prawn toast is also great.
Enjoyed the meal which was delivered speedily and was reasonably priced. Slight mix up on one of the dishes delivered but put it down to how busy they were and anyway we enjoyed what they sent. Probably as well to quote the number of the dish on the menu on the phone rather than trying to correctly pronounce the Thai name of it!
I’m local and can’t believe my luck having such an awesome and authentic Thia restaurant on my door step. I am much travelled and have experienced many in the UK, Europe and across America and can honestly say this is in the Top 3 of all those. Recommended 5 Star! Réservez une table maintenant
