Thali Ho Indian Kitchen

We took advantage of an offer of Thali which was on offer until the end of September. We weren't disappointed! It was mid week so quiet when we arrived although got busier later. The waiting staff kept their distance and not intrusive while we...caught up and checked the menu but quick to come over when we indicated we were ready to order. The food arrived within a reasonable time and it was delicious, We all ordered the thali. The dishes were rated in hotness on the menu, and we all agreed that they were slightly hotter than we'd expected, but not so much that we couldn't enjoy them. They were absolutely delicious. I had the lamb rogan gosh, it came with rice, a lovely crispy and soft naan, smoky lentil dahl and a tasty veg curry. My party had a couple of vegetarians and they also enjoyed their meal very much, None of us could finish our meals as the portion sizes were very generous, although if you were hungry or have a bigger appetite I am sure you would have been fine! I'm happy to recommend this restaurant and will visit again soon. Note we visited because there was an offer on which has now expired. The full price seems expensive when you compare it to other restaurants, but given that you get a main, rice, two sides and naan is actually very good value.

As soon as I walked through the door as a solo diner I was greeted with a warm smile and treated as though I was part of the family straight away… thanks to the waiter Iskak. He went through the menu with me and observed...what I liked in a curry and we came to conclusion that i would love the dynamite chicken curry as I love my spice, and what a curry it was! No need to worry about service when it comes to beer all the staff were extremely attentive! I would recommend Thali ho to family/ group of lads wanting a curry on a night out or any occasion. Really great curry!

First time at this restaurant and was very impressed. Brought American friends and they loved it. The food was very good, a nice menu and the service was warm and friendly. Would definitely return.

We weren’t sure where to go for a curry around surbiton. I’m so glad we ended up going here it was on of the best curry’s I’ve had. Great service will definitely be coming back.

We haven't been in a while but thoroughly enjoyed our impromptu visit last night. Food was delicious. Well worth a visit .
