I've been to this restaurant countless times, but my recent experience was truly the last straw. There seemed to be a lot of young staff working, and unfortunately, not one of them was able to do their job properly. They lost my order, which resulted in a long wait, and to make matters worse, I ended up getting a parking ticket. I had ordered ahead and arrived a few minutes early, only for the girl at the counter to tell me that someone had taken my order. Additionally, the owner was standing at the front door with some construction workers, blocking the entrance and failing to inform anyone that there was another door available. I have been to the St. Paul location since my work office is near that location. Today, ordered breakfast for me and hubby. Ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, plain bagel for me and onion for hubby. THB makes the best bagels and sandwiches. They are so good, I nearly inhaled my sandwich as soon as it was delivered and forgot to get a photo of the sandwich. Sorry, not sorry! ??????????? My first time at a bagel shop. Myself and my friends we left in awe, the customer service was exceptional.. The staff kept shouting hot bagels, hot bagels.. I could feel the energy, happy faces.. the music was good I had a dancing feeling. I could go on and on but the icing on the cake was the great customer service... Can't remember his name, the tall African Man on glasses was too good in taking care of us. We would surely come back
I had a fantastic experience with the breakfast bagel sandwich; the bagel itself was of exceptional quality. Having grown up in a bakery and having a passion for making bagels, I can confidently say that they do not disappoint here. The online ordering and pickup process was a breeze. The atmosphere is so nice, and the food is good. Everything is clean and the staff are kind and friendly. Everything is a little on the expensive side, but it?s not ridiculous. My only other complaint is that I don?t like their coffee, but that?s probably a me problem haha. Overall a great place to grab breakfast or lunch.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The breakfast is fantastic, especially the omelettes and home fries! The bagels are fresh and delicious; I always buy them in bulk because my kids enjoy them so much! I also get my cream cheese here because it's so tasty. The coffee is great as well! Overall, it's an amazing place!
