I’m a very lucky guy. The Alma is my local but I’d walk a hundred miles just to be there enjoying the great food, the welcoming team behind the bar and kitchen and the terrific value and quality in everything we savour every time we visit! Food was lovely, even though it was pretty busy every thing moved quickly still. Carvery line moved quickly too, staff were lovely and very patient with the children. We was late for our reservation on fathers day. we phoned ahead to give a heads up, we arrived expecting to have to wait but they had a lovely table sat ready for us on arrival. Would recommend to others.

immersed in today and was hit by warm friendly staff behind the bar had nice quick and simple transaction found a table instant and no queuing for the carvery. eating was amazing as I have always found it there to offer a lot to choose from. will be returning

Lunchtime visit. On this occasion we had main courses only. Food very good and hot. Very good service at the bar and the food brought to our table.

Just had a lovely all u can eat breakfast, fantastic staff so friendly couldn't do enough to help us thank you!!
