This place has the best customer service in Wembley hands down, the staff know how to read customers which is a skill in itself and the grilled wings are on another level Big shout out to all the staff especially Vishan Makes you feel like a vip!! But all the staff are special and on point and you can teach other establishments a lesson or two on customer service. Bindon&Vic
We went to this pub on a friend's recommendation and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from John at our table. He provided excellent service and had a great personality. We will definitely return and recommend this pub/restaurant to our friends because of the outstanding service from John and the authentic North Indian flavors of the food here.
John and Valroy have been the stars of the night. Have looked after the whole family as if it was their own. We definitely returned for the experience that we received last time and now keeps us coming back and we always tend to come in large groups but nothing is too much for them. Love it and thank you so much both definitely worth keeping them
We had the best time ever. Food was too good, it was so so yummy. Service was extraordinary, Isha , John and Avi was very great with their services. John is so so so jolly and so good. Lovely place! Never disappoints me whenever I go to visit. The food is amazing and the service is always 10/10. Special shoutout to John and Velioy for always being so helpful and attentive. They are honestly what makes visiting the Arch soo worth it! I highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Wembley!
My Mum and I have had a lovely night at this restaurant. Our server John was really friendly and helpful in recommending things to us in the area. Really lovely hotel too in a great area will definitely be coming back.
Visited the garden pub area Unfortunately the service is very slow, especially with food, we requested a mayonnaise, which never arrived and we finished the food by then. Wouldn’t visit again.
Food too spicy even for people who eat spicy food, kids could not eat, I would not recommend for people who cannot super spicy food, burgers were good, but for Indian I would not recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
