"I was pleasantly surprised by the food at The Ash! We ordered the pinchos with chimichurri, and while it wasn’t the most authentic chimichurri, it was absolutely delicious. We also tried the lunch menu cheeseburger, and I was really impressed by how flavorful and tasty it was. The only downside was that the waiter who greeted us at the entrance was a bit rude, but once we were seated, the rest of the staff was really friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great, with nice music at just the right volume, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Definitely a good place to go with friends, and I’d love to come back! I recently visited the ash and while the experience was a series of highs and lows, it was certainly an experience to recall. The food was simply wonderful—each course delivered a punch of flavor and was beautifully presented. The main course, each mouthful was heaven. The drinks, though, were the icing on the cake. We went for a business dinner with four people. Staff was quite friendly and the ambience is really lovely. We were hoping to sit outside, but with the rain the waitress didn't wat to have to go outside... The food was good, we all had burgers. Flavors good, the fries were excellent. The only issue was that the burgers fell apart quite rapidly... We ordered a wine for dinner, but they didn't have that and instead recommended an alternative, which was also quite nice.
