What a delightful spot for both a relaxed brunch and more upscale gatherings! This venue truly caters to a variety of needs. Since it’s fall, I couldn’t resist trying the seasonal selections. The pumpkin martini I had was absolutely delicious. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the French toast served with berry compote and mascarpone—it was simply indulgent. The bacon was a little overcooked for my taste, but it wasn’t worth sending back. Afterward, my friend and I enjoyed a leisurely walk around the grounds before sitting outside by the fire to catch up. It was a charming experience overall.

The service was excellent, but the food was just average. An interesting situation occurred with our bottle of wine. We ordered a bottle of Riesling 2017 for $50, but after finishing it, I realized we had actually received the 2020 vintage, which retails for $20. When we inquired about the mix-up, they simply said, "Oh, sorry, it was a mistake. But we can't adjust the price." In the end, they offered us a 20% discount on our food, but the wine price remained unchanged on the bill. This was quite disappointing. Be cautious!

Honestly it was great, there was a mishap when getting the steak frites, but they were so sweet and gave it to us on them, the food is beyond amazing and so worth it, everyone was so sweet!!!! I had dinner and breakfast at this restaurant during my stay in August, and both meals were fantastic. The breakfast was so delicious that I'll be dreaming about those potatoes for a long time! I highly recommend trying it! I also suggest the clam chowder — it was excellent!

All of the dishes we ordered, including a vegetarian option, looked and tasted great albeit a little over salted. The kitchen was very backed up the night we dined, so our entrees took over an hour. The waiter was apologetic and offered to comp our desserts.
