Staffs were the highlight of the evening, they demonstrated professionalism and very patient with the request of my orders. The greeted us with smiles and acknowledged our requests throughout the night, the environment was claiming and refreshing.
The food were cooked to perfection, despite this, i would say it is a bit overpriced. It is although understandable that prices at such resturant will seem more expensive, I'd recommend people to visit this resturant for experience and get the feel of the 'hibachi' cuisine. First time visiting the Atrium tonight, and it was a very pleasant experience. The bar staff were courteous and efficient, and the drinks were well made. I had an espresso martini and my friend ordered a strawberry daiquiri (recommended by the bartender), and both drinks went down smoothly. The ambience of the lounge was quite nice, and being situated inside the InterContinental meant that the noise level wasn't overly boisterous. Thank you for the drinks, we'll be back!
wouldn't bother a 3rd time. Have done the high coffee once before, very special and they really tried to emphasise the occasion. This time we were redirected about the building twice, even though we went to the correct location to start with. Think the IC is a bit bored with it now, but the food and drinks are still a highlight. The fencing and building works outside don't help the ambience, but hopefully that is temporary.
Loved the food; customer service from the staff was 10/10 she was well spoken, well mannered and well presented. Will definitely go back again and will recommend to others. We had the Coffee High Tea and started at 2.30pm Delicious. Was so full I even went without dinner that night. Coffee choices were great; special requests were seen to without any fuss (and were very much appreciated)

It was a pleasant dinner with extraordinary service. Sushi and sashimi were really great. We had a very pleasant desert as well. However, I hope that they have tables for customers who do not want to eat teppanyaki. The performance was quite nice to watch with all the flame and kitchen utensil movement but it was a bit too much for someone who just wants a nice, romantic dinner.
Atmosphere is great, we had sushi & sashimi to start, very fresh! For mains we had tempura soft shell mud crab, potatoes, egg plant and teppanyaki king fish. All food was great except they forgot our fried rice. But the night ended well! The prices seem expensive for portion sizes but probably on par with other Japanese restaurants in the area ????.
Thouroughly dissapointed from the non greeting at the start to the food descriptions on the menu that were substituted for other ingredients . To the table setting eg old warn tables and more . I travel quiet often and would expect better service/food in a hotel of this standard . All in all a very lack luster afternoon .
Had the pleasure of dining here on Thursday night. Food and service was of an exceptionally high standard as should be the case in one of Adelaide's iconic hotels

Food tastes good but is very expensive and the portions you get are very small. The atmosphere is nice but for the price was expecting better
We enjoyed our high coffee and the service was very good and very friendly staff. The food was great and plenty of it.
