I’ve been getting food here almost every single week for the past 4-5 years, never has there been a bad experience. This is arguably the best bagel store in New York. It’s incredible how consistent they are with keeping orders organized with so many customers in the store. Don’t even get me started on the food, prices are high, but it’s worth it, I always order my bacon and egg on a whole wheat bagel, and every bite I take, it makes my day even brighter. Service is good, food comes in large portions. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, has a nice brick wall with pictures and parts of trains. You can even see the trains pass by through the window.
Wish I could give 0 stars. This place doesn’t know how to read their customers orders and actually get an order correct. I’ve ordered and re-ordered multiple times in the same day in attempts to get a bacon and egg on bagel, selecting their menu option that literally says “(NO CHEESE)” in all caps, yet they still put cheese on my bagel every time. Hire people that can read. Quality check your orders before sending out. Do something right. Terrible experience. Don’t support this business. Get your bagels elsewhere.
My go to when I'm in the mood for some delicious bagels. The atmosphere is welcoming and great for a sit down quick bite. The best part is the staff. They are always so pleasant and patient with everyone.
The folks at the counter treated me warmly like neighbor instead of the out of towner I was. From the neighborhood patrons, you can tell this is a favorite, comfortable place. The bagels were great, too!

I been going to them since they've opened and it is consistently terrific. Staff is very friendly and helpful and everything there is fresh. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
the staff was SO friendly, bagels and cream cheese were really good but the true star of the show was the oatmeal muffin. ive never had one before and it blew my mind
Perfect. Have come to Crestwood often for vine cutting but never looked at this side of the tracks before.
