The Bargara Lakes Tavern

This is a great pub on the southern end of Bargara. For those who like have a bit of a punt, they have TAB (with a Sports Bar), KENO, and of course Pokies. I haven't dined there, but have told from friends that the food is very good, and very reasonably priced. I can tell you that there is plenty of seating in their Bistro. With either air-conditioned inside, or undercover outside. I do believe that they take bookings, (but check out their website just to be sure).

Great pub within walking distance of the Oceanfront caravan Park, lovely ambience, great meals, we had the Seafood Basket for $18.50 and it was great, we went on a Monday night and I was glad that I booked, it was very busy and there was a Trivia night on at 7pm. Highly recommend.

Great meals, generous servings. Great atmosphere and setting. But our meals were over an hour and a half to be delivered...we were offered a round of drinks because of this. Wait staff were great about it.

Huge meals that were so tasty. Our party of 4 were very impressed. Bar staff fantastic and so friendly and cheerful. We will be back for sure. My schnitzel with garlic prawn topper. Yum yum
