Fabulous Sunday lunch and service my husband has certain food allergies and the owners made absolutely sure that there was nothing in his meal that he would react to. Very pleasant people good varied menu excellent prices. Definately will be back. Dietary restrictions: They took great care re my husbands allergies, very refreshing about places see it as a pain. What a pleasure to find The Barge in Gloucester which is head and shoulders above the expensive and dull mass catering of most outlets in the docs. A freshly prepared chicken and mushroom dish served with fuelling followed by wine poached pear and ice cream plus a large diet coke all for under 20 pounds. Lovely setting and perfect service. So very good.
