The restaurant was disappointing from the start. We attended a children's Halloween party that had minimal decorations and just a few bowls of popcorn. Despite attempts to liven up the atmosphere with music, the speakers were broken and kept cutting out. Our food arrived quickly, but my pizza was undercooked. When I brought it to the staff's attention, I was given a dirty look and asked if I wanted a takeout box instead of a replacement. They simply reheated the same pizza instead of making a new one. I was extremely disappointed and ended up not eating my pizza.
