The Beach Pub Hollingworth Lake

I hadn't visited this restaurant in years, but decided to book a last minute meal for my children, parents, and myself. The atmosphere was relaxed and chilled. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, with generous portion sizes. I even ended up taking a doggy bag home. Two of my children had desserts that were delicious, though I'm not sure how they managed to finish them all. The staff were extremely helpful and I couldn't fault anything. I will definitely be back soon, as I want to try the carvery next time, which looked really tasty. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

Had a 16th birthday party in the Function room. The venue is clean and spacious and suitable for a smaller function . A separate bar area is a good feature, and the use of a wristband for alcoholic drinks for over18 is a great idea Food is tasty and plentiful The manager and staff are really friendly and ensured the party went without a hitch I definitely recommend this venue for any party events

I ordered drinks on the app but they never arrived. I had to go to the bar and ask for them after waiting 25 minutes, and then waited an additional 10 minutes. When I finally received my food after over an hour, it was cold and I had to send it back. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's frustrating to have an app if the bar staff doesn't check the orders.

This has to be the worst meal steak) I have ever had I asked for a medium well steak was pink !!! So fatty . An as for flavour it non-existent ,, told one member of staff an he said I don’t kill the cow “ so rude” the second member of staff said we can not control how fatty it is, again so rude I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN Réservez une table maintenant

Lovely welcome from staff. Arrived for quick lunch without booking. Nice to see you allow dogs. Food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. It’s cheap and cheerful, don’t go expecting gourmet food for the price you pay and you won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant has a beautiful view and ambiance. The carvery is a good value, but some of the vegetables were undercooked. The food should be served hotter as it was lukewarm.

Out with local blind society walking group. Excellent service. Thanks Debbie (our waitress) who looked after all the group and guide dogs really well

Veg been out too long and very dry . I don't think you know what a Yorkshire pudding is, parsnips black. The waitress was lovely
