One of the worst service I have ever received.Friday night, a big group of colleagues and I, decided to come to this place and enjoy the night having drinks and dancing. When we arrived we took one of the free table and sat down while enjoining our drinks. However, when the good music started to play we all stood up and hit the dance floor, leaving behind on the table our coats, bags etc. Then ,suddenly we noticed that our table was given to a group that just arrived and without asking, the waiter removed all our stuff and placed them somewhere else. Upon arrival we participated in their ‘fun’ happy hour game with a chance to win a discount. Needless to say this was neither fun or fair with the staff member moving the goalposts of the rules when we won. Drinks were lovely to be fair (if a little pricey) but at the end of the night the tab arrived with several items mysteriously added which we had never ordered. Upon querying this they were not accepting of this. The confusion may have arisen from their card machine not working (THEIR FAULT) when people tried to pay separate of the ongoing tab but these people all paid cash instead with some having literally gone out of the bar across the road to get the cash out. Was having a decent enough time in this bar which has a good ambience, and nice if a little expensive cocktails. But what should have been a decent evening was made unpleasant by the bar staff overcharging our group for several drinks we did not have. When we queried this, the staff were very rude and refused to acknowledge this, despite the problem being rooted in their card system failing and then not managing the bills properly, merging them together and adding extra drinks. An unpleasant end to our night having to fork out extra money, and will avoid coming back here again. Don't have time for places being a rip off and treating customers poorly.
When we arrived we were the only people there and I though oh will this be ok, and YES. Loved it. Both the staff were super friendly and helpful. A recommendation on a mocktail led to the most excellent drinks and the food was excellent. Loved the fun themed surroundings and the effort both guys put in to make sure we had a nice time. Dont know why this place is not packed. Amusing, relaxed, yummy dinner and excellent drinks.

Visiting London for a theatre break staying close by and came across the Beach comber bar. What a find. The Rum cocktails are to die for and the service was exceptional. Although it was a Tuesday night and not busy it was still a great vibe and will definately be visiting again.
This place was so cute and fun! It has the best cocktails and the food smelt amazing. The staff are super friendly and help decide what drinks are good for you. I would recommend the Asian persuasion cocktail and the Refresher Cocktail.
We initially stopped by for a few drinks, but ended up trying some incredible cocktails that were reasonably priced. The atmosphere was fantastic with great music and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place.
This place has a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff, but I found the cocktails to be boring. They should put more effort into the presentation, rather than the content. Great night for a group and to have fun.

Amazing place with amazing cocktails : the staff were all so friendly and it was the perfect way to end our evening in London. Definitely worth a visit. Xx
What a wonderful bar. The service is outstanding and the bartender knows whats he’s doing. What can go wrong?
