Cakes are normal. First time ordering was good. Second time, not so good. I sent an email in advance and was asked for a name and number which was given. 3 days later, no one called so we called them. Their response was ? Let me call you back in half anhour so I can read the email?. Two hours passed by so we called back and another person answered the phone to which they saidthey?d call back after reading the email? they never did. If you want a delicious well made cake with a fast turn back time,just order from sweet temptations bakery in Evanston. You will NOT be disappointed.

An average bakery with miserable service. Staff was rude and unwilling to accommodate simple requests. Would recommend Deerfield bakery or sugar coated in highland park as alternatives.

Best staff!!! Come for the **** Marys, stay for the atmosphere. Feels like home. We love the Toadstool!
