Update: I would like to thank Kathy who reached out to me regarding my post. Kathy was very professional and took care of the situation. We look forward in visiting again and giving The Big Greek Cafe another chance. The customer service was Five Star, Thank you for your great customer service!!! This is the second time they mess my order up, I specifically repeat myself that I do not want the tzatziki sauce and when I arrive at my hotel room and get ready to eat, guesswhat? Tzatziki sauce in my gyro!!!! Super disappointed, the employees are hard working and nice during the ordering process, but I really don?t know what the other employees are reading while they are getting the order together. I won?t bereturning!!!

Oh man I used to love this place, I went at least once a week to the Bethesda location. One day I get some take out and as I bit into the chicken pita I realized the chicken was very undercooked. Completely unacceptable. I contacted them and I was offered a gift card (which I declined and a refund. In the end they only reimbursed the sandwich (about 11$ and not the total check (chicken pita hummus 19$ .

Great food and fair priced too! Wednesdays they have $5 gyros but we got the salmon big greek salad instead. Sooo delicious! We also got their signature fries that came with tzatziki and it was perfect. Go check them out!

Delicious, fresh food, and large portions! The entrees come with two generous side dishes as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Good food but always tons of flies flying around the place. If they are all over the dining area I have to assume they are in the kitchen.
