We've been sitting here for almost 45 minutes waiting on wings and a Philly. The bar is mostly empty. No one that is here is eating. We thought this would be a quick stop for some food but we were sadly mistaken. We ordered wings, a Philly, and potato skins. After all this time the server comes to tell us that they are out of poatao skins. After 45 mins!?!?! This is beyond ridiculous! To have sat here all this time, after the bartender had already been by our table once and not said anything. Who does the fault lie with? The bartender or the kitchen? Either way, to wait for 45 minutes for some wings and a sandwich is INSANE! WE WILL NOT BE BACK and I don't recommend that anyone else that's h...
Some friends and I were looking for a late night restaurant on 4/3/22 to get some drinks and came across The Bird that stayed open until 2am. Everything was going good until around midnight when we noticed a change in the music and worst of all a man walking around the place with his Rottweiler dog. Yes you read correctly,….. a man walked in with his Rottweiler dog. I guess he’s a regular because then he just let the dog walk freely around the restaurant. I can honestly say I’ve never experience anything like that!!!!
The staff at this restaurant receives 5 stars for their friendliness, but unfortunately, the food fell short. I ordered the steak tips, which were gray in color, lacked flavor, and were overpriced for the quality. My side salad was decent until I discovered rotten lettuce, ruining it for me. The mac and cheese needed salt and had no flavor. The boneless wings were not bad and were probably the best tasting dish we ordered. The fries were overly salty, and I found an eyelash or eyebrow hair on one of them.
I recently visited this restaurant after seeing information about their happy hour on their website. However, upon arrival, the server informed me that they do not actually offer happy hour and that their website needed to be updated. I ordered a $8 margarita, which was served in a tall plastic cup and tasted mostly like water and cheap tequila. I was quite disappointed with my experience and will likely try a different restaurant next time, such as Lazy Dog. Réservez une table maintenant
The Bird is hands down a fantastic place to be. Warm welcomes and a great atmosphere speak for themselves. The menu is extremely underrated and the drinks are refreshing. Great management and service by the likes of Alicia, Ashley, AJ, Spence and more are what make this a go to spot. Local sports are always broadcasted. In addition, an option of choosing your own music via TouchTunes. You won't regret this fine option.
Just moved to sandy springs and have been looking for a good wing spot. Some decent places around but nothing that has hit near perfect.Picked up some hot honey and hot teriyaki. Wings were fresh, cooked properly (not over or under cooked), and both sauces were on point. Ranch was good and service at the bar was great.Easily a 9 out of 10.
The meal was average. I ordered a side of fries and it seemed like I got the leftovers from the bottom of the bag - all of them were less than one inch long. Additionally, the oil used to fry them seemed to be old. I mentioned this to the bartender, and he only gave me a small discount. Overall, I didn't have a pleasant dining experience.
This is the spot in Dunwoody. In a town crowded by corporate chains,this is a true diamond! BK, daytime bartender is amazing. She is quick to get you taken care of. The food is amazing and the prices are very affordable. It has the feel of a local bar where both the staff and the clientele make you feel welcome. Réservez une table maintenant
I love.. love this place my daughter moved to Atlanta last year, and this is the first place she took me to, Everytime I visit this is a must, the food is great and the service is excellent.. thanks to AJ you gave us great service ? did I mention I live in the Midwest but I've been here at least 5 times!
