First time coming here. Went thru the drive thru. Got our food and asked for ketchup please. The lady working the window looked right at us and turned around and walked off. No conversation, no acknowledgment, nothing. We drove off. The food was okay. I thought it was expensive for 2 biscuits, 2 very small hashbrowns, one small drink and one medium tea. $21. The biscuit I purchased was a bacon, egg and cheese. The bacon was extremely greasy and made the bottom of the biscuit fall apart. The bacon was mostly hard and in crumbles. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years, and the quality of the food has always been excellent. The service has been exceptional as well. However, in the past year, I have noticed that the tenderloin has been consistently overcooked and tough, to the point where it is no longer worth the price. Additionally, the service at the drive-thru has declined significantly. Every time I ask for condiments, I am told they are in the bag, only to find out they are not. The employees also seem annoyed by my presence, which is disappointing. I am considering taking my business elsewhere, where the tenderloin is not as tough and difficult to eat. 2 weeks ago. I got the best cheeseburger ever. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, extra pickles. Yummy. I brag to all my friends. Today, I ordered the same thing to go. What I got was a hamburger with onions chili. It was not what I ordered. I don't like Chilli on burgers. It was the worst burger ever. Nasty,, ,I was told the hotdogs were delicious. They are the busiest breakfast place in town for a reason. Great biscuits, always smothered in whatever we order plenty of cheese and eggs and they do not skimp on the bacon either. We like the fries and hash browns for sides. What you might be surprised to learn is that they also serve lunch. Classic cheeseburgers, perfectly cooked. Excellent local joint!
Went through the drive thru with my coworker. They gave me the wrong order... Didn't have time to turn around. This location failed to provide me with my correct order. Sure sure accidents happen, whatever. That was the first and only time they'll get my business. Check your bag, before you leave. Ham biscuit was awful.
