Found this place on tripadvisor small pizza restaurant run by a great couple pizza is fantastic with a good choice of ready topped pizza cooked while you wait very well run and were playing great music aswell if you're visiting York this place is a must well done

Hungry! The Block will serve you a slice of Heaven. The Pizza can be pre ordered or bought in house, but beware, they are, DELICIOUS. Well worth popping into a place that is a bit different to your usual Pizza place but you will enjoy this choice of venue

This is how pizza should be! Great choice of toppings, always really fresh and tasty and fantastic value. Oh and the musics always top notch too : love it! If you’re looking for a relaxed, casual place to go for some food then this is a must!

Great concept, really well done. All pizzas made fresh on the premises choose your slices and drink and it’s delivered to your table. Very tasty. Staff very friendly as well. Good value, will definitely visit again. Réservez une table maintenant

One of my favourite lunch spots in York. The vegan pizzas are absolutely delicious!! The staff are really friendly, and I always enjoy eating here. Great for sitting in, or for take away!

I had the nduja, as well as an artichoke and feta, both pizzas were delicious, staff friendly and I lucked out going on a Thursday when 2 slices and a beer were £14.

Delicious Jamaican food with a small variety of dishes. However, the price for the size of the portion is too expensive and you're left still feeling hungry...

I like the style of this place. Different is good. While primarily a cafe, it serves rather nicely as pub. Had Noel, the Christmas beer from Hop factory.... Réservez une table maintenant

Perfect resting spot. Nice music and upper and lower seating. The green tea was a little weak but nice and hot. Hot chocolate was tasty. Free wifi.

Delicious vegan pizza, there is such a great choice for everyone. Love the concept, it's perfect for socialising, excellent for lunch time too.
