**Negatives:** Unfortunately, the burgers and Vietnamese food fell short. Our waitress, Presley, was excellent—friendly and attentive, even recalling details like the missing egg rolls in my dish. We visited on a quiet Tuesday evening, and several patrons came in for takeout.

FANTASTIC!!!!! I was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem in Hempstead, TX! The Mexican-style shrimp cocktail was incredible—spicy and delicious! My only complaint is that it didn’t come with chips, which I think it should have. (I ended up going next door to the convenience store to grab some, haha.) The egg rolls were spot on, and the Chicken Pho I ordered was absolutely amazing!!! We also had the fried shrimp and fish, which were delightful. However, what truly made the experience memorable was the service from Presley. She was a beautiful and bright ray of sunshine—happy, helpful, upbeat, and very knowledgeable about the menu. If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. This was the worst steak I have ever had in my life. I spent $50 on one for myself and one for my wife, and it was the worst money I've ever spent. The steak was dry and overcooked, and the potatoes tasted like they had been left out all day. The service was decent, but that’s about the only positive aspect. My friend ordered shrimp, which actually turned out to be good, so I suppose we should have chosen that instead. Everything else was just terrible.
I visited the restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine and place a takeout order. The service was swift and efficient. The food was fantastic as well. There was an extensive selection available, including pho, spring rolls, seafood (both grilled and fried), hamburgers, and steaks. I chose the fried catfish and shrimp, while my girlfriend opted for egg rolls and spring rolls.

I ordered the Brisket and Beef Flank Phó. The broth was just average, and the beef was lacking in flavor. They served some quite large pieces of jalapeño, and while they were generous with the vegetables, I would rate it a 3.2 overall.
I've visited this restaurant a few times and tried both the seafood and Vietnamese dishes. Both were excellent! I will definitely be returning many more times!
Fantastic restaurant! The food is fresh and reasonably priced. The staff was great too. I can't wait to bring my family here soon!
