We made a reservation for a birthday celebration but still ended up waiting over an hour when we arrived, which was quite disappointing. The food was excellent, and overall, the service was good. However, I did take away a star from the service rating because several different staff members were attending to us, which created some confusion when it came time to pay the bill. Since it was a substantial amount (over $600), three people were looking for a tip from us, and they don’t share, so we were unsure of what to do. Ultimately, we just left the bills on the table. Was it first come, first served?
We enjoyed delicious food and received excellent service from one of the waiters. Although we had to wait around an hour for a table, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated sooner than the hour and a half we were initially told. We ordered the half-pound shrimp and half-pound snow crab, accompanied by corn, sausage, and potatoes, all drenched in the whole shebang sauce at medium heat. This portion is quite sufficient for two people. Since we're accustomed to spicy food, we found it enjoyable without being overly hot. I highly recommend giving it a try!
First off, I had been to a boil type restaurant before but my family never had. It was an awesome experience. There was a little bit of a wait once we got on the list but definitely worth it David was an excellent server so much that even my 10 year old commented how good he was. The food was awesome and exactly as advertised. Nicely flavored, tasty, prompt. You can tell they wanna get people in and out like any popular restaurant but the entire experience was awesome and will definitely try it again if we are in the area.
Shout out to Huy! This place is a must try. The food and atmosphere are great but it’s the staff that really makes Boiling Crab amazing. Huy at the door did a great job welcoming us but also explaining (in a polite and efficient manner) the seating options as well as offering to go. We were seated and taken care of by Ramsey which also was very professional and attentive. The staff here is what makes this place an amazing experience! Réservez une table maintenant
Throng was such a sweetheart and took care of all of our needs! Tommy and Dylan, though not our server, was quite awesome and attentive as well in Throng's absence during his break. The food is always good when I go to boiling crab for most locations, but this location by far had the best service definitely my fave location now!
