The Boiling Crab - Réservation de table

I am not a fan of this restaurant. The prices are high and the quality of the food does not justify the cost. Additionally, the service is not full as your drinks are not refilled. When I approached the counter, three employees avoided eye contact and quickly passed me by. No one apologized for the wait. Despite trying to get their attention, they ignored me. It is overrated and overpriced. I would suggest going to Crab Pot in Long Beach instead. The atmosphere is more beautiful and the service is superior. I do not recommend this restaurant. It is loud with little noise dampening decor and the music does not help the negative mood of the staff. Visit Crab Pot instead. Thank you.

This place is always busy but someone they skimp out on their to go orders. Like if they aren't checking the quality as much. Usually its fire, but this time the sauce was not as good..and the shrimp where kind of dry. I wasn't happy with this one st all. Hope to go back and that they are better. If not, I might give up this location for a while

eating is usually great, but the service is extremely disappointing. I hate being this person, but if they wait 2 hours and then another 45 minutes to get our food. you ask if it is even worth, unfortunately I answer no. don't waste their time or money, I'm sure there are places with better service to spend their hard earning dollar.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced! The wait was terrible - it was supposed to be 30 to 45 minutes, but it ended up taking one and a half hours. The waiter never checked on us to see if we were okay. And when we finally got his attention, he brought the wrong drink. I definitely would not return to this restaurant! We wanted to find a place to eat with real seafood and this place was so good , and the staff were so friendly and nice . The crawfish were small but , and the oysters looked very tiny , on the half shell . But , overall , the food was amazing !

The Cajun food was excellent as always and the service is superb. Our waitress Crystal was extremely nice and courteous, especially when we had a question about our food. Well deserved 5 stars!

Went for an early dinner at around 3:30pm on Friday before the crazy rush started. Relatively quick service, and food was delicious. Can’t go wrong with a pound of shrimp and Cajun fries.

The food was good, but our server seemed bothered by how much we ordered. Next time, we won't order as much and we'll request a different server. Réservez une table maintenant

To be honest, it could have been better and I wish the atmosphere was a bit more uplifting. The food was good and the service was okay.

If your willing to wait an hour plus for food then yeah it's worth it , food is really good I love it
