we went to the botanist for brunch and it was really nice to create their own breakfast from the choice 5 elements, each of which has its own lists, rich element has at least one vegan option, some have a few. the sausage was very nice and the peanut butter chocolate thing ended it nicely.
The menu offers a variety of options to choose from. The servers were quick to inquire about any allergies or dietary preferences, which I appreciated. My salad was delicious and my husband enjoyed his vegan kabobs and vegetarian pommes. The atmosphere and staff were very pleasant.
Superbly delicious food, excellent service. The girls were lovely and very helpful. So rated them a 5 . Lovely cocktails too. The only thing I didn't like was the hidden 10% Service charge. I was tipping anyway, but thought it was a bit rude that we had to pay it.

good vegan menu, we had the mountain burger with BBQ jack fruit and with chili frits that were so good, and to dessert a crunchy and apple crumbs, the cocktails are also amazing! would I give 5 if I could

I tried the Vegan Wellington with roast potatoes and fresh veg, followed by a delicious Veg frangipani ice cream for dessert. They also offered a selection of vegan starters.
Really like the look of Botanist, and am quite happy to learn that there's one in Manchester too.
