After enjoying a delightful afternoon tea a few weeks ago, we decided to book a table for Christmas dinner. The ambiance was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Today, a group of eight of us gathered for our Christmas meal. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and the table decorations were beautiful. The service was excellent, and the drinks were reasonably priced. We had a fantastic day and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place to family and friends!
Where do I begin..? Half the beers on draught were not available so opted for Carling, all 3 pints that were pulled were possibly the worst ones I've ever tasted. The place needs a deep clean and a few quid spending on a refurb... and I'd also maybe instruct a professional painter and decorator, it looks like somebody has been let loose with the white paint. Definitely would not recommend and will not be returning any time soon.
I would of preferred to sleep on the streets then here!! Worst place I have ever been! Floors unlevel felt like was sleeping doing a handstand. Hot water doesn’t get hot just a horror show. Although that being said, I would go back for a meal as the food is really nice
Would rather stay in a tent in the field next to it, the place looks like an absolute dive. Despite numerous attempts to contact management even posting on local Facebook pages still no success, save your time and avoid.

Merry Christmas to all the staff! We had a wonderful meal today in a lovely atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble, and we will definitely be coming back. Enjoy your evening!

Desperately needs updating, very old and weathered, no bar working or food, although the staff were very helpful and apologetic
