I have a strong affinity with the Bridge Inn as my family has been frequenting for at least three generations. Glad to see the pub is in safe hands. Been a few times now. It’s a well run, great service and friendly staff. It’s tough for businesses with having to adhere to covid safe measures but they have implemented them well. Recommend to everyone. Looking forward to its wider reopening.

The restaurant staff were extremely impolite and hostile towards us. The food we received was cold and had been sitting out for a long time. The interior of the restaurant was dirty and not well-maintained. The food had a taste similar to cardboard and made me feel sick. I will not be returning to this establishment, as it was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

This was our first visit of 2023 to this fantastic fish and chip shop. We are regular customers and are always pleased with every aspect of the menu. The fish, in particular, is of excellent quality and always fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and efficient, especially during lunchtime. We are excited for many more visits in the future.

Love that they sell homemade pies as well as Hollands. Some greek style kebabs and calamari also on the menu too. Fresh made to order fish in a batter that wasn't a soggy fat laden mess. It was lovely and crispy throughout. The cheese in the homemade pie was really tangy in a good way, tasty nice chips. Get what you pay for as they say.

Absolutely love this chippy, never had one single complaint about it. The management and Kelly on the counter are MEGA, and our food has always been exceptional. We use this chippy twice a week and travel several miles there because we know it's the BEST. For the record I have no affiliation with the business or staff.

Normally we eat in, but can't at the moment. so sitting up near Old Betts and having our chippy tea is great. brew shack at hand for a cup of tea afterwards. The fish and chips are cooked fresh. the home made cheese pie is my favourite. can't fault this chippy. Irish Curry and English Curry both yum.

Call in this local pub most teatimes. Always met with a smiling face whoever is behind the bar. Great service and brilliant place for football banter whoever you support. Yet to try the food but intend to!

The owners of this restaurant are fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere with affordable beer prices. There are always events like karaoke, football matches, darts, pool, and quiz nights happening.
