This restaurant discriminates against blacks. The waitress was very rude and rushed us to order. My reservation was for 4:30 pm . I called and told them it was for 4 to 9 people. The manager lied and said I made reservations online for 4 people. The waitress didn't cone to take our order until 5pm and told us we had to leave at 6pm because our table was reserved. She explained I made reservations for the outside, which was a blatant lie because I was never given an option for outside dining. High-end restaurant that didn’t really differentiate itself. Food was good enough but service was lacking. We were served water and drinks but had to ask 4 times for bread which is a stable at this restaurant and still waited 20 minutes for it to be delivered. No one could figure out how to satisfy the request. Utterly ridiculous. Once the waiter recalibrated his attention back to our table, he asked three times within a 15-minute period if we needed another round of drinks. Nothing like pumping up the bill. We had dinner reservations for 6:15. We arrived at 6:10 and were sat. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order and then another 10 minutes to receive our drinks. The food was horrible, as well as our service. I ordered the filet and had a hair cooked in it. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they would have to make me another one and it would take a while. No apology or anything. And our waitress sucked, she said she had only been there about 4 months. She still needed to be in training. This place has gone downhill tremendously, I see they were the owners of Hops Supply that closed as well. This is will be the next one to close. Do not waste your money! Réservez une table maintenant
This was my family's 3rd time eating at the Bridge Tender, all during this year. Our first 2 visits were great but this latest visit was a little disappointing for the . Positives...good drinks, salads and side items on entrees were delicious and our waiter, Phil was great. Constructive...calamari had no flavor and was mostly crunchy batter, the swordfish special was small, thin and dry. BTW, the swordfish special was 47 each and we ordered 2. : We also waited what felt like a long time for our entrees.
I see that Racism is still a serious problem in the restaurant industry And food should be considered a medium of conversation for race and injustice. My family and I were a target of Racism and discrimination at “The Bridge Tender” the waitress was horrendous even while speaking to a toddler!!! I advise that any minority NEVER DINE HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
My wife and I had dinner here this weekend to celebrate our 24th anniversary and the meal and service was fantastic. Our waitress Katie was great and very attentive and helpful, she even brought us dessert on the house when she found out it was our anniversary. There's no substitute for great service. THANX KATIE!!
